A 1 Parts Depot in Newark is also known as Low Mileage Parts on the web www .lowmileageparts.com I purchased a steering column from them it was quik to arrive but when it arrived it was damaged it looked as though they had dragged it from the field to the packaging area behind the truck destroying the assisted steering module making it unuseable I requested a refund Mario the sales rep was very helpfull in sending a shipping label but although it took two reminders and a week to email it the real issue is they have had the part for three weeks signed for it with a confirmation from UPS and have not returned my money they have not responded to my mulitple emails, I called and was put on hold and hung up on I have resorted to reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and am currently waiting on a response from them to the BBB. Beware of their policies they so far have not lived up to them with me "Except the take the money and hide policy"
