Months of pressure on him and hounding him every day finally resulted in a refund. I think he wanted to get rid of us because the police began investigating him. So far he is still in business. I took him to court on fraud checking writing and stealing refrigeration equipment in addition to defaulting on rent for the 4000 foot warehouse he occupied in 2007-2008. $37,000.00 judgement has not been paid. Do not do business with this company and man.
