This company uses only subcontractors who work on a 20% commission. The primary contractor (Mr. Chickachop, I presume) does not go to the job sites. This incentivizes the subcontractors (the people who actually come to your house) to charge as much as possible, because then their cut of the money will be larger. They'll show up at your house, they'll do so somewhere near on time, but hold on to your wallet, because you one thing is guaranteed: you will be paying an arm and a leg.
